The mission of Diamond Home Care is to maximize each person's strengths and abilities to perform the usual activities of daily living in a safe manner. Our team promotes aging in place through individualized care programs. Each person receives a complimentary RN visit to assist him/her and the family in identifying the appropriate level of assistance needed. Trained caregivers are available to provide services up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

Flexible plans and "a la carte" services allow for customized programs that will best meet the individuals needs and budget with the goal of safely residing in his/her own home or apartment.
